I was very glad to have Dylan as our mediator and not some typical lawyer.   He gave it a lot of heart.   He's got a strong legal background, and is totally professional, yet he's also very warm and intuitive.   You never feel you're talking to a "suit."

Dylan is an incredible resource, and he is that rarest of combinations: professional, yet very personal; efficient, but full of heart.  When my ex and I needed divorce mediation, Dylan walked us through the entire process with a great deal of care and thought.  He was available to us whenever we needed answers, responding quickly to emails and phone calls, and helping us with follow-up after all the paperwork had been filed.  I can't possibly recommend him highly enough for any matters relating to family law.

My partner and I were intimidated by the whole process at first. Dylan put us at ease immediately, explaining the pros and cons of each of our options. He prepared a simple checklist to keep us on track. Dylan's support and clear explanations were always just an email away. He is ever-available, prompt, friendly, and took all the intimidation right out of the process.

Upon arrival to my first mediation session with Dylan, I was struck right away by his sincere willingness to help others.   Maybe more importantly, he proved to be an effective and result-oriented mediator as well.  The way he facilitates mediation, the encouragement and safety he provides and the insightful suggestions and homework he offers created true healing and clarity for me and my partner. Dylan's a great guy with a big heart. 

You really helped me in making decisions that felt right. I especially appreciate your incredible ability to guide me away from an escalating pitfall, while helping me maintain focus on my actual needs. You are kind and gifted!
